Magic pillow

Thank You Halcyon Dreams for supplying your wonderful Australian wool pillow. I have had trouble sleeping for a few years now, and from the first night of using this marvelous pillow I have slept soundly and comfortably. I am a very happy customer, thanks again.

I use this pillows as a back support when I read, because when I sleep I either use a very low support or no pillow at all. They are moderately bouncy, very comfortable, and offer me the perfect support so I don't end up with back pain after reading on the couch. I am trying to switch to all natural materials and the fact they re made of wool is why I bought them in the first place. And made in Australia. Perfect

Good level of support

The pillow offers the right level of support and comfort. I’m sleeping well. It’s effective at regulating temperature. Highly recommended.

Pillow is not machine washable

Unfortunately, within the first few days of receiving my order, I had to wash one of the pillows. The fabric casing is sewn in and cannot be removed for washing. I have a vintage wool pillow that I have used for many years and others along the years plus woollen quilts that have never had an issue in the wash. I expected this would be similar, and without thinking any further, I put the pillow into the washing machine and removed a large hard ball of felted wool. Terrible waste of money. I won’t use the other pillows I purchased purely for the fact I would have to cut the casing to remove the wool to wash the casing. If the wool you are using is not washable, then maybe a zippered casing would be better to enable washing of the casing without affecting the wool.
