Quilt didn’t end up working for me but great retur

I ordered a quilt recently from Halcyon Dreams and while unfortunately it wasn’t quite right for me and hubby the returns process was free and very easy. The customer service team was great to deal with and responded quickly. I like that the company is Australian based and manufactured using Australian wool.

Bought this for my elderly mother , she is quite warm with this on her bed. Used to have a blanket and 2 cheap quilts , so only having 1 now is amazing , thanks for a great product

The 350g was very warm, too warm for me on Sunshine Coast QLD. I changed to 200g. Which is perfect. The team was great and it was no hassle at all.

Purchased the Snuggler quilt for my son and its great - nice and warm and well made.
Delivery was very prompt and this is a very affordable product. I'll definitely be shopping again with Halcyon dreams

I am a hot sleeper and I ordered the Refresher quilt, which was delivered promptly. It's great product but unfortunately, it was still too warm for me - this is a reflection on me rather than the product - I've subsequently purchased a 150gsm wool/cotton quilt from a different company which suits me better but is still a bit too hot. Customer service from Halycon Dreams was great - easy, no fuss returns. I would certainly buy again from them if I needed a warmer quilt.
Best quilt ever

My wife is always cold and has found this quilt is keeping her warm in winter, compared to the 3-4 doonas she used to use. I am also finding it comfortable and seems to regulate and keep us both comfortable. Totally recommend.

I highly recommend purchasing a doona from Halcyon Dreams. The doona is high quality and very comfortable and warm. Great that it is Australian made too. The service exceeded my expectations. I needed to change from the 350GSM to this cooler doona and the customer service was super helpful, friendly and efficient.

I love my new Soother wool quilt. It is light, comfortable and lovely and warm. We have had a few minus night already but I was very warm and secure under my new quilt. Great service from Halcyon Dreams with easy ordering and quick delivery.
