the doona is everything i expected. it is warm and cosy, I am pleased no duck or goose died and no other animal was seriously harmed bringing me bedding bliss.

I did a lot of research for buying a new wool quilt and had narrowed it down to Aussie Wool Quilts and Halcyon Dreams. I was quite impressed with how many 5 star reviews Halcyon had received and the price was so reasonable so thought I’d give it a go. I’m stoked! Honestly such a great price for such a great quilt. I got the all rounder 500gsm and we have been SNUG so far this Perth winter. So cuddly, so warm, but still light. Would definitely recommend (just like everyone else!)

I purchased the partners quilt, which has removed the problem of one of us freezing while the other flicks the blanket off. I was worried the 700gsm side would be too hot, but it breathes well keeping me cosy without over heating. I haven’t attempted to wash it yet. Even though it is machine washable at home I purchased the king size, which will probably still need to go to the cleaners as I don’t think it will fit in my machine, this is not a fault of the product though.

Really pleased with this purchase. The 370 product is quite enough warmth for Sydney weather. Also supporting Australian wool and production!!
