It is perfect for autumn and winter nights with an extra blanket on top (I am in Melbourne suburbs). It’s so light and fluffy and warm I am about to buy my third for my youngest son. I have wasted so much money trying to save $ by buying inferior quilts only to find them too hot or not warm enough. Will get the lightest one too for spring when I have the money
