So comfortable

I have spinal injuries from a bad car accident last year and I bought a new mattress 8 weeks ago paying an enormous sum of money for an extra plush, softest one available in AU, but it hurt my back and hips every single night. What to do?? I am allergic to latex and memory foam mattress toppers, so I took a chance and bought this supreme woollen underlay. From the first time I put it on the bed and lay down, it felt like heaven.........no joke, it makes me feel like I am cushioned on a cloud and no more pain!!!! I now have a very comfortable bed and I am so happy I got this underlay. I got the one with a 50cm skirt because my mattress is very high, if they keep on getting bigger, one day I will need a ladder to get into bed - haha. Postage time from Halcyon Dreams was also very quick, delivered to my door and packaging was so good it took me almost an hour to unwrap it. Thankyou very much for this fantastic underlay. I recommend this product for anyone with a bad back, arthritis etc as I didn't even know I had shoulder pain as well, until it went away after the first night sleeping on this underlay.

Not only was this item wonderful and comfortable, but the customer service was fantastic. I rang first before purchasing as I had a couple of questions. Great phone service and I was kept up to date by email right through from purchase to receiving item. Our mattress was a little too firm for me but now it feels great. Also I had the skirt made to the measurement I needed, so the fit is perfect. Thank you
