First class product, communications and service. When we found the 500gsm quilt too heavy for Sydney, Halcyon Dreams was more than happy to exchange it for the 350gsm version and refund the difference. Extraordinary service from Chardonne and Sean and a beautiful product. Thank you.

Comfort and insulation

We are using our Woollen Underlay on the mattress of our campervan. As well as covering the mattress joins so we don't feel them, it provides a very comfortable base that we sleep well on. Travelling from Port Augusta to Darwin we have experienced morning temperatures close to zero in the Centre and low 20s as we continued north - the underlay has always insulated us in the cold and allowed
air circulation to keep us comfortable on sticky nights.

Great service, prompt delivery....but.....this quilt is very very very warm.....too warm for me....but winter (proper) is a week away....maybe it will be perfect then.

Perfect Solution

Couldn't be any happier with our wool quilt as it has been the perfect solution to our opposite sleeping preferences. I have MS and cannot regulate my body temp and overheating is a big issue for me but my husband feels the cold and this had created comfort issues for both of us. Both very comfortable now with our new quilt .
