The product is great. Well made and luxurious. But the best thing about this company is the customer service. I first emailed them on a Sunday with a few queries. I was blown away to get a response a matter of hours later, with an offer of a phonecall to discuss the following day. As I work long hours I replied that was inconvenient and would appreciate an email. I got a long, informative email the next day, and my subsequent questions were answered quickly in a friendly, professional manner. Postage of the product was as promised. It was well packaged and the underlay is ensuring I have a restful and comfortable night's sleep.
You honestly don't get service like this these days.
Twin happiness

I got these quilts for my twin great nieces, they love the queen size woollen quilts. They also like the fact that you dry clean them & not try too force them into the washing machine, which is a big bonus. No more fibre stuffed or feather bedding in their household ,wool from now on!
Wool forever

I bought this quilt for my niece & her husband, she has always had feather quilts. After using this woollen quilt she said, she would never go back ! Wool is so comfy, they are finding it hard to get out of bed.

I am perfectly happy with my new quilt. Even in the sub-tropics it suits me well and meets my bedding needs. My cat loves it also.

I have done extensive research for the woolen underlay I was looking for. Australian product from start to finish. Excellent quality and oh sooooo comfortable. I am very happy with this product and can highly recommend it.

Just sent this to my daughter who is studying in Japan. The weight is excellent. She wanted a quilt that would go through the cooler months but something light to team up with blankets. It will then be great for the spring and summer next year. This is a lovely quilt.

We have been very happy with our Bliss Wool Quilt and have found its warmth, quality and weight excellent for this time of year. Late Spring early Summer can still be quite cold over night in Canberra but, this quilt has kept us warm. Looking forward to more blissful nights sleep under this wool dooner.
